Broadridge is looking to hire an Account Manager for our ICS business.

Investor Communication Solutions (ICS) helps clients in North America and Europe meet their regulatory compliance needs and manage critical communications to shareholders.

We serve banks, brokers, mutual funds, retirement funds, and corporate issuers.

Proxy mailings and vote processing account for a large portion of ICS; the industry relies on us for quarterly and annual meetings, disclosure communications, prospectus, and other financial communications, like tax reporting, to investors in equity securities and mutual funds.

ProxyEdge®, our innovative electronic proxy delivery and voting solution for institutional investors, helps ensure the participation of stockholders of many companies.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for Account/Revenue Retention and Sales Origination through introduction of valuable products Participate in all aspects of client life cycle
– needs assessment, solutions, negotiations, retention/renewals and client experience/satisfaction Understand client’s strategic objectives and how Broadridge can partner on initiatives, listening for new product openings for ICS
– and for GTO Renewals-Track all existing ICS service contracts-Engage clients on upcoming contract renewals
– manage engagement through to execution Build relationship and new service strategy around renewal Proposal presentations, Coordinate legal terms Originate new sales opportunities within existing accounts, focusing on client needs and Broadridge strategic initiatives.

Introduce value of services addressing client issues/pain-points/service requests On-site presence at Client site
– to help develop and deepen C-suite and Senior Management client relationships and expand relationships to new areas at the client (i.e.

Procurement, Compliance, Marketing, WM/PCM Execs, Product, etc.) QBRs/Edgewood visits-Coordinate quarterly business review meetings for all active services-Provide industry and Broadridge updates, active service review, new service introduction, QBR info (related to business activity)-Introduce industry and product specialists Vendor Assessments-Coordinate required assessments for all business lines
– incl.

on-site visits -Maintain client awareness of BR security protocols and reviews Collaborate with Premier Account Teams as it relates to client relationship planning, execution and client issues including building and maintaining account profiles outlining client businesses, senior leadership, existing global relationships with BR and new sales opportunities.

Other Relationship Activities and Client Engagement
– help ensure daily inquiries are addressed
– filter to appropriate teams, critical issue points, etc.-Manage process improvement projects, SOWs, etc.

– work with all client-facing BR associates managing all activities-Review and address client survey responses while coordinating with Client Service teams -Solicit service feedback and provide back to applicable BR businesses-Coordinate site visits
– ‘day-in-life’, BR site visits, etc.

-Coordinate client-client engagement
– best-practices, references, etc.

Maintains constant awareness of current and planned development of products.

Remains current on industry issues.
Preferred Qualifications
8+ years related sales or account management experience with at least 5 in the financial services industry Bachelor’s degree in related field required; MBA preferred Proven track record of sales results and growth Ability to establish good personal and working relationship with clients and colleagues Deep understanding of financial industry Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills Able to work in a dynamic environment Proactive/self-starter with strong follow through skills Willingness to travel at least 30% of the year
