We are seeking a detail-oriented Proposal and Purchase Order Specialist in our Manhattan office to work with our Interiors Department. Ideal candidate will posses the ability to multi-task, adapt quickly to changes and meet deadlines. Must be a self-starter, confident, approachable and able to work well with others.
Job Requirements:
Responsibilities:
– Use Studio Designer software to generate proposals and purchase orders for Interior Design Department clients
– Take quality control measures to ensure that prices and item descriptions on proposals and purchase orders are correct
– Organize inventory database to include complete description and total costs for accurate reselling price
– Filing/E-mailing/Typing as needed
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree
– Background that includes data entry, bookkeeping, inventory, and generating purchase orders/proposals
– Superior organizational and clerical skills
– Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
– Excellent grammar and writing skills
– Studio Designer software experience preferred
