We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join our team. You’ll be responsible for controlling a range of projects and client accounts by managing analyzing and interpreting data and providing engaging, actionable insights for our clients.

We love to experiment in our approach and delivery, and we’re looking for someone who is energized by this. A keen interest in blended research approaches (e.g. traditional qual, mobile, ethnographies, social) is a must.

You’ll need to be proactive and have excellent organizational skills to respond to a wide range of client requests and challenges. This role will be perfect for someone who loves getting under the skin of brands to passionately and confidently deliver the latest insight stories for our clients.

We are open to a variety of backgrounds including people with a passion for marketing, digital, social media, mobile, semiotics, human behavior and psychology.

Core responsibilities:

Manage positive day to day client relationships.

Broad knowledge of client and competitor brand, therapeutic area.

Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and other contacts.

Support and coach junior members of the team, helping them to learn, stretch and grow.

Understand our strategy and embraces new products, technologies and methodologies in client work.

Develop a strong understanding of different research methods and which to apply for a variety of business challenges.

Master key research skills including drafting and managing the execution of discussion guides that meet all the research objectives.

Presents sections of a presentation to clients in a clear and confident way.

Presents data clearly and accurately; planning and undertaking complex analysis; interpreting data and preparing summaries.

Write clear and inspiring insight stories for clients using data support.

Manages multiple projects accurately to a schedule and has good overall time management skills.

Understands what matters to clients and the issues for their brand and market.

Contributes to analysis meetings and writes learnings that reflect the client objectives.

Work collaboratively with the project management team to implement efficiencies and increase automation on accounts.

2+ years of experience in pharma qualitative research e xperience.

Strong organizational skills. Able to prioritize to deliver outstanding quality on time.

Good presentation and storytelling skills

Highly motivated and driven, with a hunger to understand our business and grow.
