Laboratory Stability Studies Coordinator (Pharmaceutical )

A Stability Coordinator position with a prestigious pharmaceutical organization is available on a temporary basis, expected to last 12 months.  Stability Coordinator performs a variety of activities to support the stability program and manage data generated in support of the company’s quality program.

This role is currently approved for 12 months, but has potential for permanent hire for the right person.
 
Responsibilities:
• Coordinates with other departments to identify material to be put on stability
• Authors stability protocols and obtains necessary approvals prior to study initiation
• Provides stability data to other departments upon request
• Prepares samples for inclusion in stability studies (aliquoting, labeling, distribution to appropriate stability chamber)
• Interacts with outside customers or functional peer groups
• Checks chambers daily, maintains equipment, logbook reviews, orders supplies
• Coordinates sample shipments to outside contract facilities
• Generates sample status reports and communicates to stakeholders
• Generates data tables for individual studies
 
Education and Experience:

• Requires BS/BA in Life Sciences
• 1-2 years of experience working in a pharmaceutical stability program preferred
