nn nn The role: nn nn This role is a Senior Leadership role in the Go To Market Organization.

The GSDL will be responsible for driving qualified meetings through outbound activities, account based marketing support and multi-threading activities for the purpose of developing a pipeline for both new sales and upsells for our direct business.

This role will report directly to the Chief Revenue officer.

nn nn How does a day to day of GSDL in SimilarWeb looks like: nn Manage a team of Sales Development Leaders in global markets and lead organizational design decisions for this team as the team continues to grow.

Collaborate with other key internal business partners on the development of content outbound programs to optimize leads for the SDR and Sales Management Teams Maintain a consistent and growing team of Sales Development Leaders and Sale Development Reps supporting all Similarweb direct markets.

Be responsible for the hiring, training, coaching, and development of the SDR team to help them master the skills across sales development including: Cold-calling, Execution of SimilarWeb’s go-to-market strategy, Understanding our ideal customer profile and personas and facilitating discovery calls.

Identify opportunities and provide recommendations for process improvements with the aim of increased productivity and efficiency on the team Contribute to identifying new business opportunities and market segments for the SDR team to penetrate, developing playbooks, and campaigns Provide strategic direction around organization design, scaling, cross functional alignment and participate as part of the GTM Senior Leadership team.

Managing global SDR pipeline targets and full funnel activities monitoring, reporting and optimization nn How does the ideal candidate look like: nn 3+ years managing a large global sales development team (multilayer) with a proven track record of exceeding targets 3+ years experience in sales or sales development activities in global markets 5+ years in prospecting and outbound sales activities 5+ year in SAAS Sales or Sales development areas Natural leader, collaborator and team player

Excellent written and verbal communication skills?in English Master Degree or higher; or Bachelor’s degree with more than 5+ years relevant work experience.
