Landscape Project Manager

Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES:- Review construction documents including take-offs- Create construction proposals, contracts, cost tracking throughout project- Effectively work, communicate & follow-up with GM, Owner, clients, crew, subcontractors to clarify construction drawings & job details- Request, review & compare subcontractor, vendor & material quotes- Coordinate work with subcontractors & crew to ensure job completion, customer satisfaction – Perform site inventory and take field measurements, as-neededSKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:- Knowledge of Excel, MS Word, Outlook- Valid NYS Driver’s License- Ability to read blueprints preferred- Able to effectively use project-related tools & equipment- Excellent communication skills- Exceptional time managment skills, trustworthiness, multi-tasking- Minumum experience 2-3 years Company DescriptionOwen Brothers Landscape is a high-quality landscaping, masonry, site work & design company.
