Job DescriptionInsurance Agency Bookkeeper – Retail Premium & Operating Accounting.Providing service to agency customers, maintaining financial records including payroll accounts payable and receivable.Throughout the day reports, and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agency owner or associates.ResponsibilitiesA distinguished, insurance broker is seeking an Agency Bookkeeper to join their growing team within Suffolk County.Must have AMS 360 experienceReconcile all company and bank statement.Enter all payroll reports and taxes paid from payroll service.Accounts receivables/payables.Produce monthly reports.Agency bill statements reconciling and closing.Team player and ability to work well independently with little to no experience.Requirements AMS 360 experience requiredProficient with Microsoft ExcelBachelor’s degree preferredMinimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience within an insurance brokerage setting.
