Summary IoT startup firm building a NY office is looking to take on Tesla as part of the evolution of car manufacturing. Their mission is to bring a brand new digital infrastructure to legacy automobile engineering and fast track the automotive experience to be an ever-changing personalized user experience. Your phone can upgrade, why not your car? Responsibilities You will work on product-focused teams alongside industry technology leaders that have successfully built and grown startups. You will be a partner in the design and delivery phase of this greenfield application and given ownership on end to end application and platform changes while ensuring products are built for speed, performance, and security. C++ full-stack developers will work across multiple product teams helping to bring cloud solutions to in-vehicle ecosystems. Requirements bull A bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent experience or technical background with at least 3+ years of professional development experience. bull Ability to program in C or C++ bull Experience with networking technologies like HTTP, TCPIP, etc…. bull Solid understanding of Operating Systems, Compilers, Linux bull An ability to understand trade-offs between software architectures bull Experience with automation and using algorithmic approaches to solve problems NOT IN THE JOB DESCRIPTION CTO is looking for great engineers from a variety of industries. His biggest marker for talent is engineers who have demonstrated they have owned the design, architecture, and build-out of platforms or applications regardless of size.
