The right candidate will be a trusted partner to our Engineering and Product teams aligning HR strategy with business goals to delivers tangible results.

You will work to align business objectives to people programs by working across functions and in partnership with business leaders.

– 7 years proven leadership experience in HR discipline and strategic focus Certification: SHRMCP / SCP or SPHR/PHR Prefer/experience with product and technology teams Results bases approach to a progressive people strategy and organizational programs that grow the business and enable the business / function to deliver on its business commitments.

Proven track record of identifying people problems and using strategic skills to drive and influence appropriate solutions.

Exceptional leadership skills and the business acumen to partner with operational leaders in a rapidly growing and evolving organization.

nn What you will do: nn Collaborate with and influence senior leaders to prioritize strategic people priorities and solutions that accelerate the achievement of business priorities through talent management, diversity and inclusion, rewards and recognition, and organizational effectiveness Provide HRBP support for our Product & Engineering teams providing full-cycle human resources partnering and be instrumental in leading specific programs driving HR functional excellence Lead and manage programs and projects for all business units including Product & Tech, Operations and Corporate Be regarded by the business as the Leader in people performance and partner with Senior Leadership to develop strategic workforce plans and programs Contribute, design, drive and ensure all organizational people strategies align with the needs of the business, vision and culture.

Consult on organizational effectiveness & development needs and deliver on expectations as a trusted partner and adviser to the business Influence lasting change in assigned businesses by serving as a change advocate on company wide strategies and initiatives Drive performance management and succession planning process within client groups to develop key talent and bench strength for future needs to ensure the best talent is retained Offer objective and balanced advice to leaders on business challenges and people implications, leadership effectiveness, culture and alignment Support Product & Tech team members focusing on areas of high growth and change management, talent management & development and performance management Support the teams by contributing into organizational effectiveness & design, and provide leadership coaching, internal and external training and development, hiring planning and strategy and succession planning.

You will assist Managers in building efficient HR processes and will be instrumental in scaling the team and contribute to fostering employee engagement and emersion into the company’s culture Work closely with and be part of a fun, passionate and dynamic People team, with whom you’ll work very closely to deliver ambitious People-related projects, policies and value in a fast-paced and visionary environment.
