Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager to join a busy residential construction/maintenance business on Fire Island! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and implementation. Transportation to Fire Island from Bay Shore, NY is provided, but limited to 7:00 am to the beach and a 4:10 pm return to Bay Shore.Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementationSupervise onsite personnel and subcontractorsInterface with project inspectors,architects, and clientsMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specificationsMaking job material listsQualifications:Previous experience in construction project management or other related fieldsStrong leadership qualitiesDeadline and detail-orientedKnowledge of building codesAbility to read & understand blueprintsValid drivers licenseAbility to speak Spanish is a plusCompany DescriptionEdward Horton Builders Inc. is a custom home builder on Fire Island.
